Sunshine Coast Regional Council Planning Scheme 2014
The Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 regulates the way land, buildings and structures are used and developed on the Sunshine Coast.
On 14 April 2014, council adopted the Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 and associated planning scheme policies (the planning scheme). The planning scheme was gazetted on 2 May 2014 and commenced on 21 May 2014.
The Sunshine Coast Planning Scheme 2014 was amended for alignment with the Planning Act 2016 on 3 July 2017.
Amendments are made to the planning scheme from time to time. Planning scheme users are encouraged to regularly check for such amendments.
